Guardianships can be stressful and costly and sometimes there may be alternatives to this highest level of Court-ordered oversight. Prior to bringing a Guardianship Petition, Dan will exhaust all other least restrictive and dignity-preserving options. However, if a Guardianship is necessary, Dan will handle the matter from beginning to end in the most considerate and efficient manner.
